Mr. Terry Eckert

Mr. Terry Eckert has been on the Board of Directors since 1993. He is currently retired. Mr. Eckert previously worked as the president-owner of Butz Lumber Co., Inc.; owner of Ken-Man Water Co.; and as a home builder and land developer. He is a 1956 graduate of Palmerton High School and a 1960 graduate of Lehigh University, where he received a degree in accounting.

Ms. Debra Lutz

Ms. Debra Lutz has been on the Board of Directors since 2002. She is currently a registered nurse at the office of Dr. Geoffrey Hallock. She previously worked as a nurse at the Lehigh Valley Hospital Burn Unit. Ms. Lutz is a graduate of Allentown Hospital School of Nursing.

Mr. David Masenheimer

Mr. David Masenheimer has been on the Board of Directors since 2002. He is currently the president of Pencor Services, Inc. Prior to joining Pencor as general counsel in 1995, he worked summers and weekends at the Times News in various capacities from janitorial to editorial from 1975 to 1986. While in law school, he clerked for Atty. Bill Schwab, The Hon. John P. Lavelle, and The Hon. Madaline Palladino. From 1989 to 1991, he was a full-time law clerk to the Hon. Madaline Palladino. From 1991 to 1995, he was an associate at King, McCardle, Herman, Freund & Olexa in Allentown, Pa. He is a graduate of Bloomsburg University and The Dickinson School of Law.

Mr. Fred Masenheimer

Mr. Fred Masenheimer has been on the Board of Directors for about 40 years. He is currently the executive vice president of Pencor Services and publisher of the Times News. Mr. Masenheimer previously worked in various management positions with the Times News and Press Weekly Newspaper Group and as a health and physical education teacher at both Lehighton Area High School and Haddon Heights High School. He graduated from East Stroudsburg University with a Bachelor of Science in health and physical education.

Mr. Donald Reinhard

Mr. Donald Reinhard has been on the Board of Directors for over 50 years. He is currently the Pencor Services chairman of the Board of Directors emeritus. He worked for Ohio Edison Electric Power Utility for ten years and had worked for various Pencor subsidiaries since 1960. He is a graduate of Palmerton High School. Mr. Reinhard graduated from Pennsylvania State University in 1949 with a degree in electrical engineering.

Mr. Fred Reinhard

Mr. Fred Reinhard has been on the Board of Directors for over 50 years. He is currently the Pencor Services Chairman of the Board. He previously served in the U.S. Army. He is a graduate of Palmerton Area High School and Millersville State Teachers College. Mr. Reinhard graduated from Millersville with a degree in biology. He also attended GE Laundromat School in Cincinnati, Ohio; Telephone School in Milan, Tenn.; and Bowling Instructors School, Harrisburg, Pa.

Mr. Jeff Reinhard

Mr. Jeff Reinhard has been on the Board of Directors since 2002. He is currently the chief executive officer of Pencor Services. Mr. Reinhard previously worked as vice president of operations at Pencor, general manager and vice president of operations at Penteledata, marketing manager of Blue Ridge Communications, Pencor Wireless, and Penteledata; and assistant manager of National Auto Stores and Car Quest. He graduated from Palmerton Area High School in 1986 and Moravian College in 1990, with a degree in business management with a concentration in marketing.

Mr. William Schwab

Mr. William Schwab has been on the Board of Directors since the early 1980s. He is currently the principal at William G. Schwab & Associates. He is also the director of the National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees and was counsel of record in a case before the U.S. Supreme Court, where he obtained a 6-3 decision reversing the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and establishing national precedent. He is a 1973 graduate of Temple University and a 1976 graduate of Temple University School of Law. He is board certified in business bankruptcy, American Board of Certification (1998).

Ms. Eileen Thompson

Ms. Eileen Thompson has been on the Board of Directors since 1997. She is currently the vice president of administration at Pencor Services. She previously worked at the Palmerton Hospital for 18 years as the assistant to the administrator and for several years served as the acting personnel director. She has also previously worked for the Civil Service Commission and the Defense Intelligence Agency in Washington, D.C. She is a graduate of Palmerton Area High School.
